Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that fragrance oils and hazardous materials are non-returnable for safety reasons.
Request an RMA
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request or contact our customer service team for assistance.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items with a copy of the RMA form included inside the box and ship the package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
